When can I expect my order?
Every dog's unique and special and we'll need some time to prepare for your initial order. You can expect your delivery within 7-10 business days from the time you place this order and then every 4 weeks going forward. We will email you within 48 hours to confirm your delivery date once order is placed.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped to you in insulated packaging to keep food fresh for 6 hours for temperature sensitive products otherwise we will use standard but secure packaging to avoid damage.

Do you deliver to my area?
Delivery is currently only available to residents of the Greater Toronto Area and some surrounding cities. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
