    lets get cooking

    What You'll need:

    Step 1: Cook Turkey

In a large skillet, add ground turkey. Cover and summer gently for about 30 minutes or until meat is cooked.

    Step 2: Prepare Rice

Prepare rice according to cooking instructions on the label.

For better absorption, "over-cook" the rice until extra soft.

    Step 3: Cook Vegetables

While meat is cooking, wash and chop vegetables into 1/2" pieces. Peel and cut potato into 1" pieces.

To the boiling water, add vegetables and potato.

Cook for 12 - 15 minutes until vegetables are soft and potatoes can be easily pierced with a fork. Drain and let cool.

    Step 4: Mix together

Using a food processor, pulse vegetables and potatoes into smaller pieces.

To a mixing bowl, add ground turkey, chopped potatoes and vegetables, coconut oil, cod liver oil and JUNO Nutrient Mix supplement and mix thoroughly.

    Step 5: Portion and Serve

Portion prepared food into individual serving sizes and store in the freezer or refrigerator. Recipes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and 6 months in the freezer.
