Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a refund and replacement,we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us with your Order #, photos of the product and a few details of the issue you are experiencing and we will be happy to assist.
