    LETS GET COOKING

    What You'll Need:

    Step 1: Bake Fish

Preheat over to 350 degrees F. Add fish to baking pan and bake for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked.

**chef tip: Use parchment paper with baking pan to avoid fish sticking to the pan.

    Step 2: Cook Vegetables

While fish is baking, wash and chop vegetables into 1/2" pieces. Peel and cut potatoes into 1" pieces.

To the boiling water, add vegetables and potatoes. Cook for 12 - 15 minutes until soft and potatoes can be easily pierced with a fork. Drain and let cool.

    Step 3: Prepare Rice

Prepare rice according to cooking instruction on the label

**chef tip: For better absorption, over-cook the rice until extra soft.

    Step 4: Mix Together

Using a food processor, pulse vegetables and potatoes into smaller pieces.

Add fish, vegetables and potatoes, rice, coconut oil, sunflower oil and JUNO Nutrient Mix and mix thoroughly.

    Step 5: Portion and Serve

Portion prepared food into individual serving sizes and store in freezer or refrigerator. Recipe can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and 6 months in the freezer.
