    LETS GET cooking

    What you'll need:

    Step 1: Cook Your Proteins

In a large non-stick pan, add ground meat. Cover and simmer gently for about 30 minutes or until meat is cooked.

In a separate pot, add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Once water is boiled, add gizzard, heart and liver, reduce heat to medium and cook for 15 mins or until fully cooked.

Using a small saucepan, hard boil eggs for 15 mins, remove shells and set aside to cool.

    Step 2: Prepare Rice

Prepare rice according to cooking instructions on the label.

For better absorption, “over-cook”the rice until extra soft.

    Step 3: Grind Seeds

Using a food processor, grind sunflower seeds into a powder.

    Step 4: Cook Vegetables

While meat is cooking, wash and chop vegetables into 1/2” pieces. Peel and cut sweet potato in 1” pieces.

To the boiling water, add vegetables and sweet potato.

Cook for 12-15 minutes until soft and sweet potato can easily be pierce with a fork. Drain and let cool.

    Step 5: Mix Together

Using a food processor, pulse meat, organs, rice, vegetables, sweet potato & seeds into smaller piece.

To a separate mixing bowl, add cooled chopped ingredients, blueberries, cold liver oil, and JUNO's Nutrient Mix supplement and mix thoroughly.

**if you do not have a food processor, chop organ meat into smaller pieces for even distribution.

    Step 6: Portion & Serve

Portion prepared food into individual-serving sizes and store in freezer or refrigerator. Recipe can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and 6 month in the freezer.
